Data Collection
We collect a family’s name, telephone number, email, birth dates of students, and address. This information is collected via Jotform on our home page, homeschool pages, and preschool pages.
Policy Updates
If a policy changes, an email will be sent out promptly to the appropriate contacts with updates so everyone is informed.
Opt-in and Opt-out
Users may choose to opt in our SMS communication upon signing up on one of our Jotform sheets. At any time, a user may choose to opt out of SMS communication by texting STOP to 256-796-8533.
Data Usage & Protection
This data is used for many purposes such as mailing forms to families concerning enrollment or transcripts, mailing transcripts to colleges, sending information to the school board, assisting in college applications, and curriculum support. Data is stored in a password-protected database.
User Rights
You have a right to inquire at any time how your personal data is being used. You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing and also to object to our processing it for any reason. You may also request that we delete or change your information.
